Mark Bittman’s food blog

If you haven’t read this before, it is pretty awesome. Looking to reinvent the wheel with no fuss and simple ingredients?

Last night, I made the less egg frittata with all of my overly wilted CSA(community supported agriculture) veggies. I threw in bok choy, scallions, broccoli, kohlrabi, my leftover bacon and brie from a picnic days ago. It is delicious and healthy and although I had already been making a version of this, I felt liberated to go and explore this idea more. Thanks Mark Bittman! Today’s post is about salads. I can’t wait to see what veggies I get this week. Oh, and I was going to take a picture, but still haven’t had time to go to B & H camera store. soon…….
