I made meatloaf this weekend


and I didn’t take a picture of it…..Why!?!??!?!? All I can think of is it sounds better than it looks. It reminds me mostly of a gyoza/potsticker without the pretty wrapping and now I can’t get it out of my head. It is the Asian version of meatloaf in little tiny bite size packages and I like dumplings even more now!

images-1 It was the recipe from Cooks Illustrated that used saltines, cheese, eggs and gelatin to make just the perfect texture. Mmmmmmm….

images-2I mean the only difference is the pork and the wrapping paper, right? Oh and the ketchup.
