It was good, but a little too dense for me. I realized too that it takes the same amount of time as other bread that requires kneading. So the consensus is why would I spend 18 hrs on bread that isn’t one I want to scarf down when kneading really isn’t that difficult? Not sure, but sullivan bakery’s bread is still a winner in my book, so I may attempt this idea of no Knead Bread again someday, but not too soon. I have a feeling a mixture of more flours would help, not just wheat!
